Project Overview
This is a Chatbot made for Aditya Birla Capital a client of Chapter Apps Inc. Leveraging data from the users and secondary research, I designed this chatbot for their employees which contains all their internal data at the backend, and hence helps them get to know product details, terms and conditions, old reports/results etc.
User Challenges & Problems
Their employees were struggling with learning and keeping updated with new product details, historical data, customer support thus failing to address the customers accordingly leading to dropping in customers and retention rate.
